Ambassadors of peace
"Ambassadors of Peace" is an introduction to the management and resolution of conflicts for CAP students of the Regional Institution of Adapted Education (EREA) François Georgin of Epinal (88), proposed by the MIRADOR association. "Ambassadors of Peace" aims to support students in the search for their own strategy for managing and resolving conflicts.
11 pupils of the CAP1 year classes Carpenter-painting, UPE2A, CAP 1st year Maintenance and hygiene-painter, discover and develop constructive, positive and lasting solutions to any conflicts they may encounter in their daily lives. The students worked for four 2-hour sessions and were accompanied throughout the project by Lucile Feger, teacher-educator.
Once trained, the students intervened in their class for 2 hours to share their new knowledge with their peers.
They were congratulated and thanked for their commitment at a "Ambassadors of Peace" graduation ceremony on May 22, 2018 by the headmaster, Mr. Beaubier and the Deputy Headmaster, Mr. Constantin.
The project was funded by the institution and the state through the city's policy.
