48 civil servants from the agglomeration of Epinal participated in a day of initiation around the management of plurality at work. The training days were held on October 3, November 7 and December 1. The objective was to work on certain notions related to plurality (discrimination, stereotype, prejudice) and then to be equipped to cope with it in everyday work.
